Manychat AI Comments recognizes positive comments on your posts and reels and automatically replies in your tone. It helps you engage with fans and followers who genuinely appreciate your content, strengthen relationships, and boost early engagement with those most likely to become customers.
⚠️ This feature is currently available only for the Instagram channel and requires an active paid plan with the Manychat AI add-on. The Manychat AI tab is visible only to users with an Admin or Editor role on the account.

Setting up AI Comments
You can set up AI Comments from the Skills tab by selecting the relevant scenario.
- Click on Manychat AI in the sidebar and switch to the Skills tab.
- Locate the AI Comments section and click on it.
- Click Set AI’s Tone to teach AI your tone of voice. The AI will analyze your existing comment replies, learn your style, and generate five example responses in a similar tone.
- Review the five generated reply examples to see if they match your tone. Click Looks Good if you’re satisfied with the reply, or Not My Style to make adjustments.
- Click the Turn On AI Comments button to enable the feature.
- You can adjust your tone of voice anytime by clicking the Adjust Tone button.
- You can turn the scenario on and off by using the corresponding toggle.
| ⚠️ Our Tone of Voice model is still in beta, so you might not notice changes right away after making adjustments. We’re actively improving this feature to deliver more accurate results over time. |
