How is the price calculated for Manychat Inbox
Activating Manychat Inbox includes 3 paid users with Inbox seats by default. Inbox seats are required for team members to participate in conversations.
Each additional team member who needs access to the Inbox conversations must have an Inbox seat enabled at an additional cost of $39 per seat.
You can enable it by going to Settings → Team Members, choose a team member by clicking Edit, then toggle on Inbox seat under Seat Type:
⚠️ Important notes
- Pricing for Manychat Inbox starts at $99, which includes 3 Inbox seats. Each additional Inbox seat costs $39 per team member.
- The account owner automatically takes an Inbox seat, which can’t be transferred to another team member.
- When additional Inbox seats are activated, the invoice amount is updated immediately, but the charge is applied on the next billing date.
- The total cost is calculated based on the time each team member had an Inbox seat enabled during the billing cycle.
- If you are subscribed to Manychat Inbox and Manychat Marketing Automation, both invoices will be charged on the same billing date.
- If you disable the Manychat Inbox, access to its features will be revoked immediately.
Will I have access to Manychat Marketing Automation features?
A Manychat Inbox subscription provides access only to Inbox features, while Manychat Marketing Automation features will be available with limitations.
If you need full access to both Inbox and Marketing Automation Pro, you should subscribe to both products.

Combining Manychat Inbox and Manychat Marketing Automation
⚠️ Subscribing to both Manychat Inbox and Manychat Marketing Automation will still include a total of 3 Inbox seats. The Inbox seats from both plans are not combined.
If you are on the Marketing Automation Pro plan and need more than 3 Inbox seats, you should subscribe to Manychat Inbox. This will unlock Inbox features for your account, but the total number of Inbox seats remains 3. You can then add a 4th Inbox seat or any additional seats for $39 each.
