In this article, you will learn about your Manychat’s profile main sections:
My Profile provides a quick overview of your personal profile, connected accounts, and created templates. To view it, click on My Profile at the bottom of the sidebar:
Accounts
A Manychat account is a core entity within the Manychat platform that consolidates various communication channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and Email. Each Manychat account can have separate billing settings and requires its own subscription. A Manychat account is linked to a user's Profile, which acts as an "umbrella" for multiple Accounts.
This section contains the following information about each Manychat account under your profile:
- Name: your account’s name;
- Subscription: this account's subscription status;
- Role: your Manychat and Facebook roles on the page. Learn more about roles here;
- Assigned Live Chats: how many LiveChat threads are opened on each account;
- Contacts: an actual number of people currently subscribed to your account;
- Pin: allows you to pin your favorite accounts in the sidebar so as not to waste time searching frequently used accounts;
- Hide: allows you to hide accounts you rarely use. These accounts will not be shown in your sidebar.
The following functions are available:
- Search and sort: you can search accounts by name or sort them by each of the columns by pressing on the column title;
- Add new account: to connect a new account, press the “+ Add New Account” button;
- Log out: to log out or change your verified email, click on your name in the upper-right corner;
- Go to account: to access any of the accounts, click on its row.

Message reports
This Compliance Monitoring report helps you track automations that attempted to message someone after 24 hours of their last interaction without a specified reason.
If there's an issue, you will see a report with automations blocked on Manychat (they don't reach Facebook), the reason for the block, and the number of attempts. Check that no messages are sent after 24 hours via Smart Delays or manually with Broadcasts.
