How to find invoices in your email
Invoices for every charge are automatically sent to your billing email. You can find them by typing Manychat invoice along with the name of the page in the search bar of your email box. This will help you locate invoices for each account you've upgraded:
Where to find your billing email address
Please note that the billing email may differ from the email associated with your sign-in option. To check your billing email, go to Settings → Billing and scroll down to Payment Details:
💡 If the Billing tab is not visible in your settings, it means you don’t have billing permissions, and another team member set up the Pro subscription.
You may ask the Manychat account owner or admins to grant you the billing permissions. They can do this by navigating to Settings → Team Members → clicking Edit next to the team member's name → and toggling Has permissions in the Billing section.
How to find invoices in your Manychat account
You can also find your invoices directly in your Manychat account. Navigate to Settings → Billing → View Billing History.
How to add additional information to your invoice
If you have any information that you want to add to your invoice, such as a company name, address, phone number, etc, you can do that through the Billing tab.
Head to the Settings → Billing and find the Invoice Data section. Click the Edit Invoice Details button and fill in the information:
This information will be applied to all invoices in the account’s billing history.
How to download invoices
To download an invoice, open it and use Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) to print the current document, then select Save as PDF:
