If you're updating the email address linked to your Manychat profile and haven't received a confirmation email within 5 minutes, here’s what to do:
Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes confirmation emails get filtered out by your inbox. Be sure to look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
Consider your email domain
If the email still hasn’t arrived, the issue may be with your email domain. Some lesser-known or custom domains aren't recognized by the email service we use to send verification messages. This can prevent the confirmation email from being delivered.
Use a supported email provider
We recommend using a widely supported email provider to ensure successful delivery. These include:
- Gmail
- Yahoo
- Outlook
- iCloud
- AOL
- Inbox
If you're currently using a domain that's not recognized, please try updating your profile with an email address from one of the supported providers above.
