Error: "A Manychat account for this sign-in option does not exist. Please try another sign-in option or sign-up"
This error means that the sign-in option you chose is not linked to any Manychat account.
How to fix it:
- Try signing in with your Facebook profile, which is the most commonly linked option.
- If you have more than one Facebook profile, log into each one directly on Facebook first, then attempt to sign in to Manychat. Repeat until you access the correct account.
Error: "Authentication failed"
This error usually occurs when antivirus software, most often Kaspersky, blocks the connection to Manychat.
How to fix it:
- Temporarily disable your antivirus protection when signing in.
- Turn off Kaspersky Protection browser extensions.
- Turn off Kaspersky VPN.
