If you’re no longer using TikTok with Manychat, or just need a short break, you have two options: remove the connection completely or disable the channel temporarily.
Removing your TikTok account from Manychat is straightforward, but it’s important to follow the steps carefully to prevent interruptions in your workflows. Keep in mind that removing the account permanently deletes all TikTok contacts and disconnects any related automations.

Disabling TikTok on Manychat

- Open Settings in your Manychat account and switch to the TikTok tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click Disable to pause the channel and automations.
- Confirm your decision by clicking Disable in the pop-up window.
Reactivating TikTok channel
Reactivating the TikTok channel on Manychat is just as simple. When you're ready to resume, you can reconnect the page to restore your channel and automations instantly. This lets you pick up your marketing and engagement activities right where you left off.
To reactivate the TikTok channel, follow these steps:
- Open Settings in your Manychat account and switch to the TikTok tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click Enable to reactivate your TikTok channel.
Removing TikTok account from Manychat
You can remove your TikTok account from Manychat at any time, for example, if you want to connect a different account or no longer plan to use TikTok automations.
| Important: Removing the TikTok channel from your Manychat account permanently deletes all contacts associated with it. Once removed, these contacts cannot be restored. |
To remove TikTok:
- Open Settings in your Manychat account and switch to the TikTok tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click Remove to delete your TikTok channel from Manychat.
- Confirm your action by typing "Remove" in the pop-up window.
- Click Confirm to delete the channel.
