The Free plan is a good fit for you if:
- You are new to Manychat and want to experiment before upgrading to a paid plan
- Have a small audience, but want to grow it
- You want to learn how chat automation can support your content or business
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan is ideal for creators who are just getting started with automation and want to try out Manychat. It’s completely free ($0) and includes up to 25 Active Contacts per month, making it a great option for testing and experimenting.
The Free plan allows you to have 1 user in the account and includes 1 Inbox seat, so you can reply to messages in real time directly from Manychat.
You can connect up to 2 channels, choosing from:
- TikTok
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram

You can also have up to 4 live automations at the same time. This gives you enough flexibility to build and test simple automations while learning how Manychat works.
For example, you can set up automations that:
- Start a conversation when someone comments on a post or reel
- Send a welcome message when someone follows your account
- Automatically reply when someone responds to your story
- Answer common questions when someone sends you a DM
These automations can help you automatically share links, send free resources or downloads, and respond to simple FAQs, all without being online 24/7.
