Who is the Pro plan for?
The Pro plan is a good fit for you if:
- You are handling a large audience that keeps growing
- You need to manage hundreds or thousands of conversations each month
- You want to use AI to assist with replies and FAQs
- You are selling products or services through DMs
- You need to connect channels like WhatsApp, SMS, or Email
- If WhatsApp is already a key channel for your business, Pro is the right starting point.
What is included in the Pro plan?
The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Pricing options:
- $39/month (monthly subscription)
- $29/month (annual subscription, billed yearly — 25% savings)
The plan includes up to 2,500 Active Contacts per month.
If you exceed 2,500 Active Contacts, overage pricing applies:
- $0.05 per additional contact (monthly subscription)
- $0.038 per additional contact (annual subscription)
The Pro plan allows you to have 3 users in the account and includes 2 Inbox seats, with the option to add up to 3 total seats. Additional Inbox seats cost $25 per seat.
You can connect up to 3 channels, choosing from:
- TikTok
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram
- SMS
You can create an unlimited number of automations, including advanced ones, across multiple channels.
In addition to everything available on the Essential plan (lead capture, tags, Google Sheets sync, unlimited automations), the Pro plan allows you to:
- Use AI-powered automation for deeper conversations and more complex FAQs
- Create custom labels and rules to automatically sort and prioritize conversations in your Inbox
- Integrate with your Email, SMS, CRM, or commerce tools
- Create WhatsApp broadcasts and automations, and move leads from Instagram or TikTok into WhatsApp to close sales
- Manage high-volume engagement without losing the human touch
This is where automation becomes a scalable system, combining AI assistance, Inbox organization, and multi-channel communication.
When should you upgrade to Business?
The Pro plan works well for managing high-volume engagement with AI assistance, but it may be time to upgrade when you:
- Outgrow 2,500 Active Contacts per month and need limits built for 7,500+ engaged customers
- Support a larger team and need more Inbox seats
- Need advanced inbox assignment and lead-routing workflows
- Require conversation routing and management at a larger scale
At that point, upgrading to Business or Advanced will give you the infrastructure needed for larger teams and higher-volume operations.
