Who is the Business plan for?
The Business plan is a good fit for you if:
- You manage thousands of conversations each month
- You need full multichannel coverage (social media, WhatsApp, SMS, and email)
- You work with a team handling live customer communication
- You require lead routing and Inbox controls to stay organized
- You want to connect customer communication to the rest of your business systems
What is included in the Business plan?
There is no free trial available for the Business plan.
Pricing options:
- $99/month (monthly subscription)
- $69/month (annual subscription, billed yearly — 30% savings)
The plan includes up to 7,500 Active Contacts per month. If you exceed 7,500 Active Contacts, overage pricing applies:
- $0.025 per additional contact (monthly subscription)
- $0.018 per additional contact (annual subscription)
The Business plan allows you to have 5 users in the account. It includes 3 Inbox seats, with the option to scale up to 5 total seats. Additional Inbox seats cost $25 per seat.
You can connect an unlimited number of channels, including:
- TikTok
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram
- SMS
You can create an unlimited number of automations, including the advanced multichannel workflows at scale.
In addition to everything available on the Pro plan (AI-powered automation, custom labels and rules, WhatsApp automation, integrations), the Business plan allows you to:
- Scale significantly higher messaging and Active Contacts volume across all supported channels
- Add more Inbox seats for team-based live communication
- Route conversations with lead assignment and advanced Inbox controls
- Connect messaging to your CRM, email platform, commerce tools, and other systems as your business grows
This is where automation supports full team operations, not just individual creators.
When should you upgrade to Advanced?
The Business plan works well for creators and smaller teams, but it may be time to upgrade when you:
- Need to support 25,000+ Active Contacts per month
- Require more users and Inbox seats for larger teams
- Operate at enterprise-level messaging volume
At that point, upgrading to the Advanced plan will provide the scale and flexibility needed for larger operations.
