Who is the Essential plan for?
The Essential plan is a good fit for you if:
- You are ready to move beyond testing and start growing intentionally
- You want to capture leads, not just reply to DMs
- You have consistent engagement and need higher Active contact limits
- You are building systems to convert followers into customers
What is included in the Essential plan?
The Essential plan includes a 14-day free trial so you can try everything out before committing.
Pricing options:
- $17/month (monthly subscription)
- $14/month (annual subscription, billed yearly — 18% savings)
The plan includes up to 250 Active Contacts per month. If you exceed 250 Active Contacts, overage pricing applies:
- $0.10 per additional contact (monthly subscription)
- $0.08 per additional contact (annual subscription)
The Essential plan allows you to have 2 users in the account and includes 1 Inbox seat.
You can connect up to 2 channels, choosing from:
- TikTok
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram

Unlike the Free plan, the Essential plan allows you to create an unlimited number of automations, so you’re not limited to just having a few of them live.
In addition to basic automations (like comment replies, story replies, and DM responses), you can also:
- Capture email addresses and phone numbers
- Use follower checks and prompts to grow your audience
- Organize contacts with tags for more relevant follow-ups
- Sync contact data to Google Sheets to track and manage leads
With these tools, you can move from simple auto-replies to building structured funnels that nurture your audience and drive conversions.
When should you upgrade to Pro?
The Essential plan is built for early growth, but it may be time to upgrade when you:
- Regularly exceed 250 Active Contacts per month
- Want to connect more than 2 channels (especially if you need WhatsApp)
- Need more Inbox seats to support a team
- Want integrations with Email, SMS, CRM, or commerce tools
- Plan to use AI-powered automation for more complex conversations
At that point, starting a Pro trial or upgrading to the Pro plan will give you the flexibility and scale needed for more advanced automation.
