Who is the Advanced plan for?
The Advanced plan is a good fit for you if:

- You require the highest Active Contact limits available
This is the plan for businesses treating messaging as critical infrastructure.
What is included in the Advanced plan?
There is no free trial available for the Advanced plan.
Pricing options:
- $199/month (monthly subscription)
- $139/month (annual subscription, billed yearly — 30% savings)
The plan includes up to 25,000 Active Contacts per month. If you exceed 25,000 Active Contacts, overage pricing applies:
- $0.004 per additional contact (monthly subscription — or less with higher usage)
- $0.0028 per additional contact (annual subscription — or less with higher usage)
Unlike other plans, the average cost per Active Contact decreases as your usage increases, making it more cost-efficient as you grow.
The Advanced plan allows you to have 10 users in the account. It includes 5 Inbox seats, with the option to scale up to 10 total seats. Additional Inbox seats cost $25 per seat.
You can connect unlimited channels, including:
- TikTok
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram
- SMS
You can also create an unlimited number of automations and build complex, multichannel systems without restrictions.
In addition to everything available on the Business plan (multichannel support, lead routing, team Inbox workflows, integrations), the Advanced plan allows you to:
