Welcome to your Manychat Home tab — the central hub for managing your account and monitoring key metrics. Here’s what you can do from this tab:
- Manage and connect your communication channels
- Create automations using pre-designed templates
- Track your account activity and contact statistics
- Monitor Manychat Pixel performance and results
Let’s take a closer look! On the main page, you’ll find links to available templates. You can explore all templates and select from the most popular options. From this section, you can create Manychat Quick Automations or use one of the templates for Flow Builder.
Under Account Activity, you can review key insights such as contact trends and statistics for yesterday and the last 7 days. This data helps you stay updated on your accounts’s performance:
If your WhatsApp channel is connected, you can manage the integration here, including viewing its status and adjusting settings:
Insights tab
You can navigate to the Insights tab directly from the Home tab:
Unified account
Here, you can see all your connected channels in one place. If you haven’t connected certain channels yet, you can easily add them from this section:
Contacts statistics
This window displays the trends in your contact numbers through three graphs:
- Active Contacts
- Net Contacts
- Active & Inactive Contacts
Active Contacts: Shows the current count of subscribed and unsubscribed contacts, along with the net total for the selected time period.
You can select any time period you prefer, and the numbers below the graph will update accordingly:
⚠️Note! When selecting "Today," the stats displayed will reflect the past 24 hours. These figures may vary if viewed on the following day due to this timeframe.
Net Contacts: Displays the daily difference between subscribed and unsubscribed contacts, helping you identify engagement trends. You can also adjust the time period to view data for your desired range.
Active & Inactive Contacts: this graph provides daily statistics on contacts who subscribed to or unsubscribed from your account. This view helps you analyze trends, identify the dates associated with increases or decreases in activity, and gain insights into strategies for growing your contact base.
Demographics
The Demographics section shows a breakdown of your contacts by language and gender, giving you valuable insights to tailor your messaging.
⚠️Note! This data is available only for the Facebook channel.
Account metrics
If your account is on the Pro plan, you’ll also see detailed Manychat Pixel activity, including the number of Conversion Events and generated revenue in your selected currency.
Custom Events are events you create using the Log Conversion Event action. You can learn more about this in our article here.
System Events are pre-built events in your chatbot, such as Completed Payments or collected Emails and Phone Numbers.
