Option 1: Search the Help Center
The Manychat Help Center contains a wealth of knowledge that can help you find your answer, whether you are creating your first automation or want to know how to use system fields in your Instagram automation. It also answers the most frequently asked questions about topics like accounts and billing. On any Help Center page you’ll find a search bar where you can type in your question or search term. Then click or tap on the article you want to read in the search results.

On your Manychat dashboard, click Help in the bottom-left corner, then select Help Center:
In the Help Center, click the Submit a request button in the header or click this link to start creating a ticket:
On the next screen, choose the category that best describes your request:
Then, fill out the request form and click Submit. Please provide as many details about your issue as possible to give the team more context and resolve the issue faster.
