Option 1: Search the Help Center
The Manychat Help Center is your go-to resource for all things Manychat. Whether you’re building your very first automation or looking for advanced tips, like how to use system fields in Instagram automation, you’ll find clear, step-by-step guides to help you along the way.
Simply type your question or a few keywords into the search bar on any Help Center page, and you’ll instantly see the most relevant articles to get you moving forward.

Option 2: Chat with our AI bot
Need quick answers without searching through articles? Our AI-powered chatbot is here to help! It pulls information from the entire Help Center to give you fast, accurate solutions.
Note: If the bot is unable to resolve your issue, it will automatically escalate your request to the Support Team.
You can start the chat in two ways:
Click Get help in the Help Center header. Note: You must be logged in to see the Get help button. If you open the Help Center directly from the Manychat interface, you will be logged in automatically.
Access the AI bot directly from your Manychat workspace by clicking on the Help button at the bottom of the interface. There, you see the same Get help button, which opens a chat with our AI bot.
You can ask the bot about things like:
- Questions about how to use Manychat features
- Guidance on setting up automations
- Billing and subscription questions
- Platform-specific topics such as Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp
Option 3: Ask the Community
The Manychat Community is an engaged group of product experts who know the ins and outs of Manychat. It’s also the place where enthusiasts come to learn more and get help with their questions.

The easiest way to contact our Support Team is by starting a chat with the AI bot in Manychat or the Help Center. If the bot can’t fully solve your issue, don’t worry, your request will be passed along to our Support Team, who’ll step in to help you directly.
