This article will show you how to use the payment link that will connect to your list of products.
Products will help you sell directly to your customers in a live chat for an efficient shopping experience. When they’re ready to buy, use the Products feature to quickly close the sale for a seamless automated transaction in one view. Check-out is similar to Manychat’s Buy Button.
⚠️ Note: You need a paid Manychat plan that connects to Stripe or PayPal.
How to add a new product
To send the payment link, you need to add your product first. Go to Settings > Catalog, and press the + Product button.
💡 If you don't see the Catalog button, it means that you haven't yet connected Stripe or PayPal.
Enter the required information for the following fields:
- Product image
- Product name
- Item name
- Product price
- Button title
💡For Stripe payments, there’s an option to request additional information, such as the contact’s email, phone number, or shipping address.
Once the product is ready, press the Add button to save it.
Your newly added product will appear in the catalog, which is where all your products and services are listed.
How to send a product
When a customer sends a message in a live chat asking to buy your product, select their item from the product catalog and click Send.
