You can easily drag and reposition any block. Just hover over the arrow on the right until it turns blue, then drag the block into your message and place it where you need it.
How to set up buttons with a Card or Gallery
You can boost customer engagement by adding buttons to Card or Gallery blocks. These blocks usually include an image, title, and subtitle. Follow the steps below to set one up for the Instagram channel:
- In the Flow Builder, start by creating a new Instagram message node.
- Click More and select either the Card or Gallery block to add it to your message node.
- Upload your image (or paste a URL), then fill in the title and subtitle for each card.
- If the block requires interaction, add a button and specify an appropriate title for it.
- Complete the remaining steps in your automation, and once everything is set up, click Set Live to publish it.
By using these content blocks strategically, you can boost user engagement and create a seamless messaging experience across all platforms.
