Whether you're exploring other options or taking a break from your automation activities, this guide will walk you through the simple steps to cancel your Manychat Pro subscription.
⚠️ Please note that you can only cancel your subscription on the website; this option is not available through the mobile app.
There are three simple steps to cancel your subscription.
1. Open your Manychat account, head to Settings → Billing, and click the Cancel Subscription button:
2. On the next screen, you must choose a reason for cancellation, provide a short description, and click Next.
3. Then, confirm that you want to cancel your Pro subscription by clicking Cancel My Subscription:
If you see the following popup, it means you've successfully canceled your Pro subscription:
💡 Please keep in mind that the subscription is not canceled immediately. The status will become Pending cancellation, and it will be canceled completely at the end of your billing period. Do not worry; you won't be charged for it again.
If you change your mind, you can get back to Pro by clicking the green Return to Pro button in the billing settings:
If you don’t see the Billing tab in your settings, please ask the Manychat account Owner or an Admin to grant you billing permissions.
They can do this by navigating to Settings → Team Members → clicking Edit next to the team member's name → and toggling Has permissions in the Billing section.
If you can't log in to your Manychat account to cancel your subscription, you can submit a ticket to the Support Team and request account cancellation using this form.
