⚠️ Please note that you can only cancel your subscription on the website; this option is not available through the mobile app.
How to cancel a Manychat subscription
There are three simple steps to cancel your subscription.
1. Open your Manychat account, head to Settings → Billing, and click the Cancel Subscription button:
2. On the next screen, you must choose a reason for cancellation, provide a short description, and click Next.
3. Then, confirm that you want to cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel My Subscription:
If you see the following pop-up, it means you've successfully canceled your subscription:
💡 Please keep in mind that the subscription is not canceled immediately. The status will become Pending cancellation, and it will be canceled completely at the end of your billing period. Do not worry; you won't be charged for it again.
If you change your mind, you can get back to Pro by clicking the green Return to Pro button in the billing settings:
If you don’t see the Billing tab in the settings
If you don’t see the Billing tab in your settings, please ask the Manychat account Owner or an Admin to grant you billing permissions.
They can do this by navigating to Settings → Team Members → clicking Edit next to the team member's name → and toggling Has permissions in the Billing section.
If Manychat keeps charging you after you've cancelled your subscription

Manychat subscriptions work on a recurring basis, meaning you’re charged automatically each month on a fixed date. This fixed date corresponds to the day you first started your Pro subscription. You can check your billing date by going to Settings → Billing in your account:
For example, if your Pro subscription began on the 27th, a new invoice will be generated on the 27th of each month, and the system will attempt to charge your payment method accordingly.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, it’s important to do so before your next billing date. We recommend cancelling a bit earlier to avoid any potential issues caused by time zone differences or delays in payment processing.

💡 Please note that cancelling your subscription does not take effect immediately. You will continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle, since that period has already been paid for. Your subscription will be deactivated automatically once the cycle ends.
However, if the invoice for the upcoming month has already been generated, the system will attempt to process the charge, even if you cancel right after. In this case, cancelling the subscription will only prevent renewal for the following month, not the current one, because the billing cycle has already started.
