In this article, you will learn how to set up and use the Flodesk integration with Manychat.
Flodesk is an email marketing platform known for its visually stunning email designs and user-friendly interface. It offers a drag-and-drop editor that makes creating professional, on-brand emails and automated workflows fast and effortless — no coding required. By using our native integration, you’ll be able to pass the contact’s data collected in Manychat to Flodesk.
Setting up the Flodesk integration
- Open your Manychat account and click on Settings.
- Next, switch to the Integrations tab by clicking on Integrations.
- Find Flodesk in the list of integrations and click Connect Flodesk Account.
- In the window that opens, sign in to your Flodesk account.
- Once the connection is successful, your Flodesk account name will appear in the Integrations tab.
💡 You can unlink your Flodesk account anytime with the Disconnect button.
Adding a Flodesk action to your automation
- To use Flodesk with Manychat, you’ll need to set up an automation in Manychat that collects the contact’s email and saves it to a System Field or a Custom Field.

Add an Action step to your automation and select the Flodesk action from the window that opens.
- Next, select the Flodesk Segment where you wish to add a contact. If you don’t have a Segment yet, you can create one at the Audience tab of your Flodesk account.
- Test the new automation. Once successful, a new contact will appear in Flodesk.
