According to our refund policy, the following cases are eligible for a refund:
- Technical issues - if you couldn't use Manychat due to technical problems on our end.
- First-month cancellation - If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason, in our sole discretion, including abuse of the Services, abuse of this refund policy, or violation of the Terms of Service.

How to submit a refund request
1. If you think you qualify for a refund, you can submit your request via the Submit a request form, choose Billing & Subscriptions > Pro Subscription & Pricing > Refund Request. In your request, specify the refund reason and provide as much information as possible to help us process your request quickly.
💡 If you can't log in, you can reach out to the Support Team and submit a refund request via this form.
2. Once we confirm your refund, you don't need to do anything else. The money will be automatically returned to your card within 10 working days.
If you didn't receive the money
If you didn't receive the money within 10 working days after the confirmation, here's what you can do:
- Double-check the card linked to the billing information in your Manychat account - this is where we send the funds.
- Contact your bank for further clarification.
