Connecting your Facebook page to Manychat opens up exciting possibilities to engage with your audience. There are two common scenarios when you can't connect Facebook to Manychat:
- The Facebook business page you wish to connect does not appear in the list of available pages
- Request Access button is displayed next to the page you intend to connect
The Facebook business page you wish to connect does not appear in the list of available pages
If you're having difficulty locating the page you want to connect to Manychat in the list of available pages, there could be a few reasons. Let's review each possible cause and explore solutions to resolve the issue.
You may not have selected all of the pages you manage on Facebook when granting access to Manychat
One possible reason is that when you initially connected your Facebook account to Manychat, you might have selected only a few of the pages you manage, rather than choosing all.
To reset permissions for Manychat, please switch to your personal Facebook profile, go to your Business Integrations, click View and edit next to Manychat, and make sure all permissions are granted:
Once you've ensured that every toggle, particularly the Manage your business option, is turned on, click Save to apply all the changes.
Then go to your Manychat account and Refresh Permissions via the Help button:
It will take you here. Click Edit access and make sure all the permissions are granted for the Facebook business pages you have access to.
Then, click Continue as... and see if it helps.

You might not have full control over the page in question
To successfully connect a Facebook business page to Manyсhat, you need to have full control of the page that is given through Facebook access - it's not available through task access.
When a new admin is invited to the page, the full control option is disabled by default.
First, go to Settings > Page setup > Page access, and check if you have full control there:
If you don't have Facebook access with full control, please ask the Owner of this page to either grant it or connect the page in question to Manyсhat on their side.
Other reasons and resolution options
If the previous steps didn't resolve the issue, please verify whether two-factor authentication is enabled for the page that isn't appearing in the list as described here.
If two-factor authentication is active for the page, ensure it is also enabled for your Facebook profile by following the instructions provided here. Once two-factor authentication is set up for both your profile and the specific page, the page should begin appearing in the list.
Request Access button is displayed next to the page you intend to connect
The Request Access button appearing when you attempt to link your Facebook business page to Manychat indicates that it is already linked to another Manychat account.
If this Facebook page was previously linked to another Manychat account under a different profile you managed, please log into that profile to access the correct account where your Facebook is already connected.
If the Facebook page was previously connected by someone else, such as a former employee or an agency representative, please contact them directly to request a transfer of ownership as they are currently the Owner of the Manychat account to which this Facebook is linked.
